Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking a consultation or undergoing any treatment at Swaaya Cosmetic Gynaecology Clinic. By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or receiving any service at our clinic, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.
1. General Information
Swaaya Cosmetic Gynaecology Clinic (“Swaaya,” “the Clinic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a range of specialist women’s health and cosmetic gynaecology services including but not limited to treatment for urinary incontinence, post-delivery rehabilitation, dark intimate area treatment, stretch marks treatment, vaginal infection treatment, vaginismus treatment, and vaginoplasty.
The information provided on our website and in our clinic materials is intended for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. All clinical decisions are made on an individual basis by our qualified medical professionals during a formal consultation.
2. Eligibility for Treatment
2.1 All treatments offered at Swaaya are intended for adult women aged 18 years and above unless otherwise specified and assessed on a case-by-case basis.
2.2 Patients are required to provide accurate and complete medical history, current medications, known allergies, and any relevant prior treatments or surgical procedures at the time of consultation. Withholding or misrepresenting medical information may affect the safety and suitability of treatment and releases the clinic from associated liability.
2.3 Certain treatments, including vaginoplasty and other surgical procedures, require a thorough pre-operative assessment to confirm clinical suitability. Final eligibility is determined solely at the discretion of our treating specialist.
2.4 Patients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning a pregnancy in the near future must disclose this prior to any consultation or treatment. Some treatments may not be appropriate during these periods.
3. Consultations
3.1 An initial consultation is mandatory before any treatment is undertaken at Swaaya. The consultation allows our specialist to assess your individual concerns, review your medical history, and recommend the most appropriate course of care.
3.2 Consultation fees are charged separately and are non-refundable, regardless of whether the patient proceeds with treatment.
3.3 The information discussed during your consultation is strictly confidential and handled in accordance with applicable medical privacy and data protection regulations.
3.4 A consultation does not constitute a guarantee of treatment outcome. Our specialists will provide realistic and honest guidance regarding what can and cannot be achieved based on your individual circumstances.
4. Informed Consent
4.1 All patients are required to provide written informed consent prior to undergoing any treatment or procedure at Swaaya. Consent forms will be provided and explained clearly before treatment commences.
4.2 By signing a consent form, the patient confirms that they have been informed of the nature of the treatment, its intended benefits, potential risks, possible complications, and available alternatives.
4.3 Patients retain the right to withdraw consent at any time prior to the commencement of treatment. Withdrawal of consent after a procedure has begun may not always be possible for clinical safety reasons.
4.4 For surgical procedures such as vaginoplasty, a separate and more detailed consent process will be followed, including pre-operative discussions and written documentation.
5. Treatment Outcomes
5.1 While our specialists strive to deliver the best possible outcomes for every patient, Swaaya Cosmetic Gynaecology Clinic does not guarantee specific results from any treatment or procedure.
5.2 Individual results may vary depending on factors including age, skin type, medical history, lifestyle, severity of the condition, and adherence to post-treatment care instructions.
5.3 Before and after photographs may be taken for clinical documentation purposes with the patient’s explicit written consent. These will not be used for any promotional material without separate and specific consent.
5.4 Multiple sessions may be required to achieve the desired outcome for certain treatments. This will be discussed and outlined in your personalised treatment plan.
6. Appointments, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
6.1 Appointments must be booked in advance. Walk-in consultations are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
6.2 Patients are requested to provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
6.3 Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a requirement to pay a deposit at the time of booking future appointments.
6.4 Swaaya reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in exceptional circumstances, including unforeseen clinical emergencies or unavailability of the treating specialist. Patients will be notified at the earliest opportunity and offered an alternative appointment.
7. Payments and Refunds
7.1 All consultation and treatment fees must be settled in accordance with the clinic’s payment policy, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
7.2 Treatment packages, where offered, are non-transferable and cannot be shared between patients.
7.3 Refunds for completed treatments are not provided. If a patient is unable to complete a pre-paid treatment package due to a medical reason confirmed by our specialist, a partial credit or alternative arrangement may be considered at the clinic’s discretion.
7.4 Swaaya does not offer refunds on the basis of dissatisfaction with results where the treatment was carried out as planned and the patient was informed of realistic outcomes during the consent process.
7.5 Any disputes regarding payments must be raised in writing within 14 days of the transaction date.
8. Patient Responsibilities
8.1 Patients are responsible for following all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by their treating specialist. Failure to do so may impact results and the clinic cannot be held responsible for outcomes affected by non-compliance.
8.2 Patients must attend all recommended follow-up appointments as part of their treatment plan. Skipping follow-up sessions may affect the effectiveness of the treatment.
8.3 Patients must inform the clinic promptly of any unexpected reactions, side effects, or concerns following a treatment or procedure.
8.4 Patients are expected to behave respectfully towards all clinic staff and fellow patients. Swaaya reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment in cases of inappropriate conduct.
9. Privacy and Confidentiality
9.1 Swaaya Cosmetic Gynaecology Clinic is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of all patient information. All personal and medical data is collected, stored, and handled in strict accordance with applicable data protection and healthcare privacy laws.

10. Medical Emergency and Complications
10.1 In the unlikely event of a medical complication arising during or immediately following a treatment, our team is trained to respond appropriately and will arrange for further medical care if required.
10.2 Patients with a known history of adverse reactions to treatments, anaesthesia, or related medications must disclose this information prior to any procedure.
10.3 Swaaya will not be liable for complications arising from the patient’s failure to disclose relevant medical history or non-adherence to post-treatment guidelines.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 Swaaya Cosmetic Gynaecology Clinic and its medical team will at all times act with reasonable professional care and skill. However, the clinic’s liability is limited to the direct cost of the treatment provided.
11.2 The clinic accepts no liability for indirect losses, including emotional distress arising from dissatisfaction with results, where treatment was performed in accordance with the agreed plan and informed consent was obtained.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter where liability cannot be excluded by law.
